Walking is one of the best exercises to lose weight, because not only is it free, it is something that most people do every single day. It does not take much effort to do the exercise, no need to set up a special time for it, unlike most exercises. Here are some weight tips to keep in mind while walking.

After you’ve been walking a couple of months you are more fit, making it easier to participate in higher-intensity activities.
Children are different and parents are best placed to make these decisions. Some 12 year olds have the maturity of an eight year old and some ten year olds have the maturity of a 13 year old. There is no one size fits all.
